hi new to all this..my names chris im 37 and have been suffering with what they tell me is extreme anxiety/panic disorder...i keep feeling dizzy and sumtimes have this pulse like sensation that shots through me...i dont like the idea of going anywere on my own being left by my self....allways think im gona have a heart attack lol...i no its all in my head but cant help it.....any little pain and thats it im off.......it drives me crazy...anyway just thought id say hello bye for now.....chris

Hi Chris and welcome to NMP.

You will find lots of useful advice on here and get to meet new people who truly know how you are feeling too.

Remember though, yes it is all in the head (hate it when people say that to me) but our symptoms are all physical ones and very scarey at times too..but the other thing to remember is that they won't hurt you.
