hey everyone sorry to disturb you guys again.I suffer from general anixety and panic attacks .I have been better over the past year as was exercsng alot and on 20mg of ciproplam .However over the last few months havnt been able to exercise and feel like everythings getting on top of me again .I spend everyday now worrying about everything ,thinking of the worse possible outcomes.The other day i felt like i was having a panic attack,im really scared that the panic attacks will return .was going to go to my doctor and maybe ask him to increase the meds ,i dont know if this is something they will be willing to do.untill my leg gets better and i can please god exercise again i dont know how to stop this.many thanxs
