i dont know if im on the right page and havent used this site or any similar, i wanted to talk about zplicone sleeping pills and the withdrawals of stopping using them, has anyone got any experiences of stopping taking these, ive been taking them for two years to help cope with anxiety at night and now ive just stopped taking them i feel so ill

can anyone help??
