I made it to holiday

Im back from a week in France, hooooray... I did it.

A year ago my anxiety just peaked and I was unable to go on
the family holiday abroad, it was really grim time and i didnt
know where I was heading with my problems.

I promised my husband and kids that we would go somewhere
this year and I did it.

Although we went by ferry, not the dreaded plane, it was great.

I was sooo nervous before we left home but knew I couldnt let
everyone down again.

Hope this gives hope to anyone who has experienced any of the above.

I dont mind going away... its the coming home that gets me going... my anxiety is centered on home and possible (and never existing) problems from ooutside. Sounds silly and it is... its lovely to go away... it can be like you leave it all here.

That gives me such hope i am going to france also by ferry in 3 weeks time and this time last year i was nearly housebound and couldnt go away.I'm hoping to get through it ok,have to do it for my family.Thanks for posting:yesyes:
