My Emetaphobia Kills Me

Hello, my name is demi and i have emetaphobia :weep: Iv'e Had it since i was 5-6 my sister went into hospital because she had the bug and didn't eat she got weaker and needed to be rushed into hospital i think that may be the reason i have this.
When i feel sick i cry and shake a lot and panic:scared10: i pray to god sometimes to try and calm me down it does sometimes helps.
When i am sick its just the build up that scares me after that im fine but it is just horrible!
I am so glad my mum added me onto here i now i know that theres people i can talk too and share my feelings with :)
