My name is Donna

I am a mum of two, I am 35 and have recently separated from my partner.

I have lived with depression all of my adult life and suffer from the odd anxiety attack.

I have not taken any medication in 4 years but have recently received a prescription form my GP which I haven't yet used.

I hope to one day beat this illness for my kids' sake more than anything.

I have more good than bad days but it is always there.
