Hello.
My name is Donny. I have been having panic attacks on and off now for almost three years.
At the worst point in this time I was ending up in hospital via ambulance at least three times a week becuase of hyperventilation and chest pains (I am 34). When I was not in hospital I was a regular at my doctors surgery and used a lot of their cancelations and emergency appointments. In short I was a basket case.
I am getting a lot better now and would like to help anyone going through the same thing. Email me. It's lots better if you have someone to talk who knows what you are going through.
