Back again on the forum after along tine out, Hope all is well with everyone :yesyes: and i have missed being here:weep:
went away to poland & Czech republic had a fantastic time but was instantly ill moment i got home, so went off to Forest of Dean, Again felt great. But since then have had some major big depression problems so much so i just not been able to face anything at all. Knew that i needed to get back onto NMP and i hope that u all don't mind having me back again!!!!!

The doctors told me that my problems centre around the area i live, so because we can't move, i'm trying to just create some peace around me if at all possible and try and look out for myself
