Hi there,
My name is Kelly and I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since i was a small child.

I have just got over a post infection bout of IBS which has knocked me for six as i have never had it this bad, didnt realise how bad IBS can affect your anxiety levels!

Thank you Tetley, I think i have every book there is on the subject so i will read up on IBS here to see if there is anything new for me to learn that might help.
