I have joined having suffered from anxiety for 6 years and it can be a very lonley place as I am sure many of you will understand. It it very helpful to know there are so many people who deal with this and battle with it everyday.

My anxiety is always to do with my health and having the feeling of death or dying is so scary and hearing people say snap out of it makes it worse why do they say that?
