Question about Panic Attacks.......

Sorry for amount of threads I'm starting lately, just trying to get to grips with what has happened too me on 3 occasions. :blush: :shrug:

Anyways, searched the site and can find out what happens when a panic attack strikes but cant find WHY it happens? Why does your body put itself through that?

If I've missed it then please point me in the right direction :yesyes:

Thanks for the link!

So basically in a way its like a smoke alarm going off even though there is no smoke! A false alarm!

Only problem is it aint batteries running the alarm its my Nervious System!

I can't choose when the batteries are in the alarm only can try and stop the alarm running when it starts!
