The I stop getting Panic Attacks.

Kind of. Your brain has to be retrained not to respond to the attacks and move on as if nothing is going on. Once you overcome that fear than it will go. Getting rid of the triggers usually doesnt help because then you start avoiding places that have caused you discomfort. The hard part is that you really have to believe that it is going to get better. I find that if I start my day saying that it is going to be great it usually is unless I have to go to work. I do alot of talking to myself for help to calm myself if something starts up. You can beat this.
