Hi there,
I was browsing and came across this brilliant site. I have been suffering from depression on and off for years now and cant remember when I first took citalopram. My GP and I decided to come off them a couple of months ago.I was only 10mg and I took one every other day for a month. That month ended two weeks ago and since then I haven't taken any - I have had the usual symptoms and really cant deal with them. Especially with the lack of sleep and the massive mood swings. So I am going back on them today. Can anyone suggest a better way of coming off them without having to go through these symptoms? :)
