Just joined the site last night after reading lots of reassuring stuff on your forum. Been suffering missed (or extra) heartbeats on and off for many years and always in need of reassurance, can't get enough when you 're climbing the walls with anxiety and convinced your next breath will be your last! Over the years I've driven myself (and my Doc) crazy believing all my symptoms were caused by a heart defect, the throat tightness, the panic, the breathlessness, so good to know I'm normal, although I wouldn't wish this on anyone! I have had ECGs, 24hr holter, although my Doc is'nt MASSIVELY sympathetic, so going back time and time again marks you down as a hypochondriac...another distressing disorder :shrug:
