Hello all,

Hope I'm doing this post correctly as I have just joined this group and there is a lot to take in, though it all looks excellent. I am from the North West (of the UK) and have suffered panic attacks and OCD for many years now, but I am still here and will never let it beat me!

I hope this group will give me the opportunity to meet people with similar conditions, so I don't feel so isolated. In return, I will give my support to others in the group wherever and whenever I can.
