Hi everyone,my name is linda and i am in somerset.I a bit new to all this.I have agoraphobia,panic,anxiety,and told i have very poor coping skills.My husband tony is in hospital,so my anxiety is sky high. im shaking so much i can hardly type.
im looking to make some email friends,or messenger friends.

There is another lady on here who is great to chat to and she also lives in somerset and suffers with the same as you.

Welcome to the site. Many here will understand how you feel and you will get support. I hope your husband gets out of the hospital soon, he is in my prayers.
