im worrywus, was here a while ago suffering with health anxiety and panic attacks, thought id got myself sorted but im ashamed to say im back to square 1 :weep:
ive even been off my meds for 2 month and was feeling great untill 3 weeks ago.....now my emotions are spiralling out of control, think im going to die and leave my kids without a mum and keep crying!!!
have been to the drs with symptoms (which i will post in the symptoms folder) but i feel hes fobbing me off because of how i was before :ohmy:. hes not even examined me and my pains are getting worse :weep:
have got to go now, the kids are just back from their dads, byeeee xxx
