Hi,
I have always been anxious, but have had severe, almost constant anxiety for around 6 weeks (the whole summer break). My main symptom is severe nausea, I am an emetephobe, so I find this really hard. I have been fighting it so hard I am exhausted and really need to sort myself out.
I have been forcing myself to get out of the house and eat even when I am feeling horrendous, I have been given a relaxation CD by the MIND counsellor i saw on Thurs and it is good, but I haven't used it enough. I absolutely have to go to work and have been in a blind panic for the last 3 days which is obviously making the nausea worse. Nothing seems to calm it, I wear seabands constantly and I have been taking anti-emetics when I am at my worst. How can I go to work and get through it without totally freaking out??? Please help, I really need advice.
