Evening,
had a late night last night and a couple of glasses of wine. I knocked drinking on the head a couple of years ago because it just makes anxiety worse for me. Occassionally, I forget this and have a couple of bevies and I always regret it. Have felt so aggitated all day, almost like my skin is crawling.

Such a silly sod !!!!!!

On the plus side, I have beautiful kids!

hiya hun, a few bevvys is fine and yes i am the same with anxiety etc, although i still have my wine in the evening. i have 3 beautiful kids too so we both r very lucky. u will feel better tomorrow try and sleep it off mate. hugs xx
