Hi folks, I'm new here.
I've been suffering from HA for a few months now, culminating in a number of panic attacks. Hopefully I've turned the corner, but I am still experiencing muscle pain/soreness in my legs, arms, shoulders and even my hands.
I guess these are only to be expected after so much adrenaline pumping through my body recently, but it would be really reassuring to know if others have experienced such aches/pains and more particularly how long I should expect them to last even after the panic attacks subside.
Any shared experiences would be really appreciated.
