Hi everyone. :unsure:
I have searched the web for weeks for a forum exactly like this and hope that I can get some help.
I have suffered from depression for 7 years now which has been treated with medication. In February this year I started having panic attacks which scare me a lot. I have now seen a psychologist (http://uk.ask.com/web?q=psychologist&dm=all&qsrc=19&o=20036&l=dir) who has refered me for CBT however I've been waiting 8 weeks and still not had any contact or appointments yet. The panic attacks happen randomly and I cannot find any rhyme nor reason to them. I need to learn how to control them and myself.
