Hi.......I have battled panic attacks and skipped heartbeats for many years....I hadn't had many problems for several months until this past april...Since April it has been totally miserable with skipped heartbeats. I will get very bloated and out of nowhere here they come......For me they last up to 15-20 min......I was drinking way too much caffeine and I have stopped all of the caffeine except for 1 coffee in the am. I still have them but just not as bad.......I can controll these feelings more with relaxation and talking to somebody than with stopping everything.....The fight goes on....I will never give up.............:lac: steve

And I must say that since I joined here, I've felt so much better about being able to face whatever comes with my panic attacks, it helps to have a support system and the people here are fantastic.

So welcome to NMP and I wish you well :) I'm 34, with two boys, 6 and 1 1/2.
