What exactly is it? Like a line you can call with questions or when you're having an attack? Sorry, somewhat new to NMP, I don't post much but I try to read as much of the forums as I can.

That's pretty great. I didn't even know they had that kind of support listed through their site.

Its really good, the telephone recovery programme, i would recommend it to anyone. The lady who ran the one i did called Patricia was excellent too, really calming. Its an hour each week (for 14 weeks) at the same time with the same people, its basically a conference call. All it costs is £10 to join 'No Panic' and then the cost of an evening telelphone call. Well worth it, as all the people who run the courses are trained and are ex-anxiety sufferers themselves. I think there is a different one for OCD sufferers too. When you join you list the problems you have so they group you with people with similar issues.
Try it, i would defo do it again in the future if i need too! :)

And yes Mills, people on NMP are some of the nicest ive ever met, the one positive (and best) i can think of of having this condition!! LOL!

Love you guys
