Hi, this is my first real post and I'm a bit embarassed about asking this and I hope that no one here laughs at me!:D

I've recently realised that I know I am taking a full on panic attack when I feel that I am going to wee myself and I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else?

Yes I have it as many people with panic do. I also have an urge 2 have 2 go and do the other aswell as if I have got the runs ....Its all part of your bodys adrenaline working in the panic mode......xx

I've only been having attacks since feb this year and I was in denial a bit so i haven't really read much about them. I thought it would be better to speak to people that experienced the same things.

no one will ever laugh or judge on nmp hunny

when u panic ur bladder wants to empty as its natural to empty before flight

however cos we are in control and concious the urge is held

i sometimes feel the urge to be sick too
