Hello,
My name is Guylaine and I recently started having panic attacks. I'm really scared and I don't know what to do...
I've been reading about this disorder on the internet for 3 days and the more I read, the more I panic. I know that I'm the only one who can help myself, but it's so overwhelming now, I don't know how to start. I have an appointment with my doctor and I know that he will give me pills and will say that I'm depressed. I just wan't to know how come I started these attacks. What trigered them ?? For me, it's when I take my car... the minute I start driving, I get a panic attack and it's not funny. I have to get out of the car. I feel I'm dying. When I get out of the car and start walking, I feel better, but the minute I know I have to get back in the car, I feel a panic attack coming. I didn't go to work for 2 days now and I don't know what I'm going to do...
Did any of you have this fear of taking your car ?
