hello everyone.
I found this place during one of my many freak outs that drove me to the internet to try and look up whats might be wrong with me.
so....i have anxiety. i have only recently confided in a friend about it which has motivated me to try and me normal again. my other friends, boyfriend or family dont know. i try to be happy and laugh a lot (i am and i do) but im secretly very scared a lot of the time and i dont feel like there is anyone who believes me or understands.
its good to know that im not alone
anxiety is taking over my life and i want to be myself again
