i guess i should`ve done this already,but it`s never too late i hope...i`ve suffered with anxiety and panic for years now,i think it`s almost 6 and it still manage to rule my life when it hits me,to throw me into complete despair and i just feel like everything stops.I just wanted to say hello to everyone properly and thanks.
