Claire Weekes downloads for MP3

:) Ive just listened to the first 2 claire weeks free downloads from this site whilst hubby is out - wow - she is so passionate about - facing a fear, accepting it, even welcoming it and floating throughit so that you no longer fear the panic sensations. So much of what she says makes sense - I still feel icky when I think of a packed cinema etc but I totally get where shes coming from and I intend to put myself back out there and make more of an effort to socialise as hubby has missed out on so much coz of me. Thanks Nicola and gang for letting us have this as a free download.
