Hi everyone ........those who now me know I suffer agoraphobia and anxiety .
This site has been such a big help in giving me advice and support when needed and I have made some really good friends ......I have been working hard with CBT and advice on here and I feel I am slowly gettin a little better .....Im far from accepting my fear but on the right tracks ...Therefore I have said when I am much better and able 2 get out I am going 2 do a sponsered walk ......dont get me wrong not the marathon or anything lol ....maybe round the Aboretum by where I live ..and I will donate all my money 2 NMP a its been such a big help 2 me .

so please support me xxx

Im not jumping in 2 anything big and may take me sometime but hopefully next year Iwill do it Thats what I want 2 do xxx
