having a problem downloading claire weekes

i cant download the 2nd part of the claire weekes self help, it says error i need an audio codec and then web help says its unavailable i can download the other 3 parts no problem

anyone help :confused:

Hiya ...not sure what the prob could be .....i just right clicked on link and then went 2 save target as .....and added it 2 my downloads on laptop .

hmmmmm yeah i dont get it either, the 1st 3rd and 4th parts are fine just cant get the 2nd one to play.

if anyone could maybe email to me in a different file format that would be great.

Someone else had this problem as well with the download.

Tetley has the same problems so she will be interested in the fix too.

i've copied the files onto my mobile phone and it plays on that so at least i've got it and can listen to it now :yesyes:

What media player are you using on PC to play it?

i'll try downloading real player and playing it on that
