HI i'm Tanya-lou i have been on Citalopram for 5 days now. i'm suposed to be going out for a drink tonight but i'm scared just incase i get to drunk. And the tablets reverse on me.

Im on citalopram also ......and drink but im in process of lowering my intake but when u drink it will cancel out the meds there fore they wont work aswell.

Do u have 2 drink alcohol when u go out ? maybe have a low alcohol lager ....also drinking alcohol can increase anxiety in some people .

Well i'm a big drinker when it comes to going out, i just cant help myself.
but i just dont wanna become a nasty or anything like that, i'm on 20mg.
