:yesyes: Hiya Titchjd. I know how you feel when you say agoraphobia, I have it also although I do manage to pop to the local shop where I know people and walk the dog around the block. I have gone into the town centre but I dont really enjoy it and I keep the trip to a minimum, just do what I have to do then come home. I am scared of the dizzy feeling and the fear will I faint or come over all funny. I do prefer someone I know and trust to be with me that understands the way I am with my anxiety. So I really know what it feels like. Its like being a prisoner. If you ever want to chat dont hesitate to PM me. Im new here myself. Good luck and God Bless. :hugs:
