Hi there im Owain a sufferer of ocd which then manifested its self into gad and depression after being mugged five years ago. I now suffer periods of bad gad and depression and am prescribed seroxat, valium and propananol, ive know about this site for years but never had the courage to join until now as I really feel I need to hear others stories and also hope that I can offer my experiences as advice to other sufferers particularly about medications, thanks and I hope to communciate with many of you in the future, bye now Owain
