Debilitating symtoms

Hi there I am new to this site and am posting in this section for the first time, I suffer from ocd and gad and for me the most debilitating symptoms I get are an ice cold upper chest and arms as well as the back of my neck, this may not sound much but to me it drives me crazy as it is my trigger for a attack of bad anxiety once I feel these symptoms it brings everything else on panic etc,
