My name is Dave, Im a sufferer of GAD and Panic Attacks
Im from the U.S.A, and i saw this neat website so I decided to check it out.

I have mutiple hobbies. When im feeling an attack comming I usually paint, it really calms me down, its nice and relaxing. I also like to doodle.
