Overbreathing/Hyperventilation says Hello

Hi everyone,

Im 24 year old male from Wales, Currently living in Brixton, London with my girlfriend.

I adore snowboarding, and love the outdoors.

I suffer with hyperventilation syndrome / over breathing which causes my anxiety. Currently doing really well at beating it, but its still going to take a long time.

If there is anyone else suffering with this problem then don't hesitate to contact me, maybe i could be of some help or vice versa.

I,,like many others on this site, have read Dinah bradleys book about this problem. I overbreathe and then get hot and panic I cant breathe = I think you drop your shoulders and slowly breathe in filling your belly and then hold for a few seconds then slowly breathe out. I am worse in the cinema etc and panic as I cant breathe and want to find an exit! We all cope with these horrible symptoms but i think there is no cure - we just have to believe in ourselves.
