Hi there

Came across your forum when I googled Citalopram.

I have been suffering from mild depression the past 2 years, since being signed off work with stress. Lost all confidence, can't get back to work and now have panic attacks and anxiety all the time. With mum passing away out of the blue last August as well, the panic attacks have got worse. I have been trying to get better myself but don't seem to be improving so have been prescribed Citalopram but have been putting off taking them. So will be posting in the Citalopram thread to begin with.

Nice to have found a place where I don't feel so alone. :)
