Hi I'm new to this forum

I'm Jas from Blackpool, had my first "panic attack" 16 years ago, and can go for months then outa the blue I get one...it can be mild or heavy lasting from 1 day to a week and sometimes followed by a depression that can last up to 6 weeks. Been on various meds but never stuck the course, but now got Citalopram (which I came off 2 years ago) which I'm still debating whether to take. These panics/depression have certainly ruled my life, and it's good to have forums like these whereby I can read how others are responding to meds, and hopefully one of you will give me the kick I need to start on this med...I keep telling myself I can beat this thing without pills, but....16 years!!
