Weird feelings

Been fine lately, having a bad day today though, get these random feelings like im going to pass out, like my hearts not beating properly or something but when i feel my pulse its always normal.

Get this tingly inside my chest feeling and feeling of something bads going to happen, just have to try and calm myself down, although im not actually flustered/anxious when it happens.

Whats going on? Is this silly anxiety? Im am getting flustered now, i just feel like i wanna lie down and go to bed when it happens :weep:

sounds like anxiety too me! sorry you are having a bad day x when you feel like passing out, do you feel dizzy or weak or both? i get that alot but i know it is anxiety but it still can freak me out

I suppose its this sudden weak feeling, i don't fel dizzy as such, but seem to feel as though i'm not really there?! Does that make sense cos reading it back it sounds silly! hehehe,
