I've been on 20mg for most of this year and it seemed to work pretty well most of the time but I still felt jittery & had the runs some mornings, particularly when I had to be somewhere. Last week the doctor increased my dose to 30mg and already I'm noticing a dramatic improvement. I feel totally normal and haven't had an episode since. Can an extra 10mg really make such a difference or is it just a coincidence??

Hi There

Yes that 10mg really can make a difference, he's given you half the dose again so it can't help but do more.

I'm glad you're feeling a lot better, make the most of it and don't worry whether it's the tablets or coincidence, just enjoy:)

Yes it can! I was on 30 and sort of OK, just about coping, then increased to 40 and a few days later suddenly felt 'normal' again

I am on 40mg now, having had gradually increased from 10mg. Now, I feel like I've went back 2 years and am in the same state as I was then.
Going to the doctor on Monday but don't know if I should ask for an increase.
