ok i lost alot of weight but now i got a blender and blend meat, it is the same thing as eating normal, right? sorry if its a stupid question

i feel so stupid asking this but i can`t help it,why do you blend it?

Cause i have trouble swallowing solid food due to anxiety, i w will also start lifting and taking celltech to gain weight and muscle
