panic disorder/anxiety or something worse....?

since ive bn wearing my glasses my anxieys got worse http://www.wedding-ideas-magazine.com/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif im SO sick of it!! all cos of from when i had my pleurisy over a yr ago and never bn able to forget THAT feeling of not being able to breathe

now-when i watch TV & flashing or a bright advert comes on i have to look away or i get v loud buzzing in my ears, a STRONG feel of panic, sweating & i have to look away!!
saying that it just happened to me now-doing absolutely nothing!!!

told the optician & they said to see dr

I have pains where my heart is radiating across my back down sides & sometimes down left arm :weep: emer dr said its tension in my back & i need physio!! so that doesnt help when i get in a state either...
