Really! I've a "Charley horse" in my neck - muscle spasms :blush:. Don't know how I've done it but it looks like I've damaged a nerve in my neck, and now the muscle spasms are making it very hard for me to turn my head. I've took some pain killers and anti-inflammatories, but no joy. I'll have to resort to good old valium to relax them I guess.
