Hi I am Amanda and the quite traumatic birth of my 10 month old daughter has brought out anxiety which I never knew i had. Doctor thinks I have had and been successfully treated for Post Natal Depression. Now I have days where anxiety paralyses me and I would do anything to go back to feeling me and normal again. Hope please that that will happen?:)

Hi Amanda

Have you been back to the doctor regarding this.

Sounds like you might need some other help to get you past this.

If you do feel paralysed then you probably do need some extra help.

Hope you get the help you want and need.

Take care

J
