Is this anxiety related guys and girls?

I have lately had a sharp, dagger like pain from time to time, over my right and left pectoral.

For the first time also, i have a real heavy and tired sensation in both arms, which came after holding my 14 month old niece.

Im really scared.

im male/26/UK

The heavy arms is concerning me as i have never had this holding my niece before.

Some days and for days at a time i have heavy arms and legs
It feels like someone has put lead heavy weights on them

mine are on the sides of my pecs too. and yeah, i get tired limbs a lot, typically after a couple high stress days, not during. it's odd.

but yeah sounds like anxiety. it causes us to tense our muscles a lot even when we don't realize it. then when we stop, it's like we ran a marathon. i liken it to holding a yoga pose for a really long time but you're just walking around and stuff.

funny really if you think about it.

dave mate i get this all the time dont worry its fine feel free to pm me i have had health anxiety for about 6 months and read a lot about i also get a pain in my wrist do you get this as well
