Feeling/hearing my heartbeat

I feel and hear my heartbeat in my head when I lie down, I feel it vividly. Is this normal?!

hiya, yes this is normal, when i went to c a heart doc i mention that i could hear my heartbeat and he said that he could hear his when he lies down and could feel it threw his ears he said that he has'nt ever worried about and hes a heart doctor, when were anixetous(spell!) its normal to be more aware of these things, try not to worry, take care xxx jwonka:D
