I was wonder if anyone had a panic attack for someone else? I started panicking one day when I was home alone thinking about how my boyfriend eats fatty foods and panicked for him that he would get a heart attack. Wonder how I could live without him. Or what if he got in a car crash how would I cope. It wasn't a mega panic attack but it was one. Does this ever happen to fellow panic attackers?

I think we can all show a degree of empathy for those we love and in some cases we can have an over reaction to our worrying thoughts for that person...Any parent will say "oh I was so worried my child was going to fall" and they have all these feelings of dread. So maybe not so much a panic attack but a deep feeling for the other persons well-being
