Well.... Ive suffered for years now with Panic Attacks on and off and I have never been refered to a specialist to deal with them sadly. I have recenly gone back on Citalopram and I thought I was ok..... That was until yesturday when the impending holiday to Spain on Sunday must have caught up with my nerves and WHAM panic attack. This morning I was full of negatives and to be honest wanted to curl up in bed and waste the 2000 we just spent on the holiday and not go. But, I have read the help pages on this site and also
http://www.panic-attacks.co.uk/panic_course_contents.htm and I now feel so much more positive and even managed to go out to do some shopping ! I think I will still knock back a diazapam later tonight and tomorrow night and take them with me along with my paper bags but I have to say Im feeling more hopeful that I wont ruin everyones holiday now. Thankyou to this site xxx
