can anxiety last all day and night?

the symptoms that i think i have last all day and all night. this scares me because if its just anxiety wouldnt it stop for at least a little while during the day or night? please help:weep:

hi i get it all day and all night what symptoms do you have?

shortness of breath, dizzy feelings, body weakness and tingling, eye pressure, and a little shaky. can feel my heart pounding too.

I have feelings all day unless I can manage to focus totally on something else. All of a sudden I will then realise that I havent had them (because I hadnt been thinking about them!) for a while but then they come back with a vengeance because I start thinking about them again....,,.. vicious circle :blush:

YES! They can last all day and night. I just recently had that happen. My heart had pounded all day for over 24 hours to where it hurt! I funally went to the dr and got a beta blocker, Lexapro, and Klonopin. I finally feel a little normal!
