ive got like swollen glands i think = \...an also its hard 4 me 2 swallow lol
tha lump in tha throat wen ii knt swollow sets off my panic an aso ive got work 2day so im abit anxious
ino its probly just a sore throat but it makes me panic alot espesh wen im at work i try 2 take me mind off it an eat n drink 2 make tha ''lump'' go but it onli works 4 about 10 minz an dat makes me worry more
not sure how 2 deal with this :( plz help
